Payments are handled by the app store or platform purchase system used to buy VoxLab Creator Pro. VoxLab Creator does not ask for your full card number through this website.
The final purchase screen in the app shows the plan, billing period, price, taxes where applicable, renewal terms, and any trial or promotional details before you confirm.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly plans may be auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless canceled, the plan may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal behavior depends on the platform purchase rules and the terms shown at checkout.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings. Canceling stops future renewal; it may not immediately remove access for the current paid period.
Refunds, chargebacks, or billing disputes are usually handled by the platform or app store that processed the payment. Please follow the refund process provided by that platform.
For subscription questions, include your app version, device, plan name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive account credentials.
