By accessing or using VoxLab Creator, including the app, website, subscription features, support channels, and exported results, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use VoxLab Creator.
2. Description of the service
VoxLab Creator provides voice and audio tools for creators. Features may include Smart Voice Analysis, custom tuning suggestions, live pitch meter, premium voice styles, vocal split, remix balance, advanced split controls, waveform editing, trim, delete section, split at playhead, post-export refine, preview, and export.
Features may vary by version, device, region, subscription status, and technical availability.
3. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the audio, video, recordings, music, vocals, files, text, screenshots, and other content you import, upload, process, edit, render, export, or send to support.
- You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use your content.
- You grant VoxLab Creator the limited permission needed to process your content for the features you request, such as analysis, split, tuning, preview, export, support, or diagnostics.
- You should not use VoxLab Creator to infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of others.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use VoxLab Creator to:
- Violate laws, regulations, rights, or platform rules.
- Upload, process, or distribute content you do not have the right to use.
- Impersonate others, mislead people, or create deceptive content without proper disclosure where required.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the app, website, servers, security, or access controls.
- Use the service to spread malware, spam, abusive content, or harmful activity.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
VoxLab Creator may offer Free access, Weekly Access, Monthly Access, Yearly Access, Lifetime Access, trials, promotions, or other purchase options. Prices are not listed on this website template and are shown in the app or platform purchase screen before confirmation.
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly access may be auto-renewing subscriptions unless canceled through your platform account settings.
- Lifetime Access, when offered, is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
- Subscription access, billing, cancellation, renewal, tax, refund, and trial terms may be handled by the platform or app store that processes your purchase.
- Deleting the app may not cancel an active subscription. Use your platform account settings to manage or cancel.
6. Results, presets, and exports
VoxLab Creator may generate analysis results, tuning suggestions, vocal stems, backing stems, tuned vocals, preview mixes, rendered versions, and exported files. Results may vary depending on source quality, recording environment, microphone, noise, mix complexity, vocal performance, and selected settings.
You are responsible for reviewing exported results and ensuring they are suitable and lawful for your intended use.
7. Ownership and intellectual property
VoxLab Creator, the website, interface, design, logo, app features, software, presets, workflows, and related materials are owned by their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app, website, brand, code, or tools to you.
You retain rights you already have in your own content, subject to the permissions needed to provide the service.
8. Third-party services
VoxLab Creator may rely on third-party platforms or providers for app distribution, payments, subscriptions, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, email, or support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to the service or terms
We may update features, change or discontinue parts of the app, modify subscription offerings, or update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use of VoxLab Creator after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

VoxLab Creator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every analysis, split, preset, render, or export will be perfect, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. Audio quality depends on many factors outside the app's control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, VoxLab Creator and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost content, or business interruption related to use of the app or website.
12. Termination
We may suspend or limit access to VoxLab Creator if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk, or caused harm. You may stop using the app at any time.
